About our options…
Option 1: Basic Support Incident $35
A technician will call you by phone and will walk through the entire setup process with you. You will be given a tour of the Web Tools features and will be introduced to your new online blogging environment. At the end of this call you will have a blog installed, a library of customized articles, a knowledge of how to log in to your account, and an understanding of where to go for additional resources for blogging and adding your own content.
Option 2: Custom Blog Header Insertion $149
If you would like us to add your own custom blog header graphics to your new Web Tools blog, sign up for this option. A technician will call you within 72 hours to discuss your custom graphics, provide email transfer information, and to coordinate the process. Your custom graphics will be inserted into your new Web Tools blog within 7 days.
Option 3: Advanced Support Incident $249
If you are a webmaster or web developer and would like to discuss implementation with our technical staff, choose this option. Before doing so, please refer to the Advanced Implementations section of our documentation; the answers to most questions can be found in this document. If not, we are happy to work with you to perform an advanced implementation of Web Tools. Simply register for Option 3 and we will call you at an appropriate time.
