Programming delivered via the Internet:

Digital Lobby TV is sent to you through the internet. We've tried to think of everything so that you don't have to. Here are some of the key benefits of internet delivery:

  • Programming is stored on a hard drive on a media player we send to you. That way if your internet goes down, it won't affect your TV programming.
  • We don't stream, we download the content to your secured media player at night. We download it at night so that our programming doesn't take up any of your valuable bandwidth during work hours.
  • The entire 4 hour program is automatically updated by us every month. All you have to do is make sure the TV is on so that your customers can enjoy it.
  • The media player is sent to you ready to use (with its first months of program preloaded) all you have to do is plug it in to power, your TV and the internet.
  • The media player does have wireless internet connectivity. But we recommend hard wiring it simply because hard wired networks tend to have less problems.

Add your own Content!: [Learn More]

Perhaps one of the most beneficial benefits of Digital Lobby TV over regular Lobby TV is the ability to add your own content. Here is a short list of some of the ways our customers have used this feature:

  1. Add your commercials to your playlist! 
  2. Take advantage of co-op advertising funds using your own TV! (We've even had customers report that they've made money doing this)
  3. See a YouTube clip you like? Download it and put it in your TV playlist.
  4. Add customized call to action flash animations after an educational segment to really drive home the message (the player includes several easily customizable flash templates for you to use)
  5. Put more AutoNetTV educational segments in your playlist. Some people have found that more is better. Who are we to argue? We give you access to our entire library. Over 300 educational videos covering more than 70 car repair and service [topics]!
