i just got a 2006 nissan marano there was not a tpms system on it got it from a dealer was there to be one on my car

The 3500 Is not considered a “light” truck and is exempt from the requirement to have a TPMS system.

I have a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 Dually and it is not equipped with a air pressure monitoring device. Shouldn’t it have it installed from the factory by federal law?
